The delivery time in NL, BE & DE is typically one business day after the order has left our warehouse. Rest assured that once your order has been dispatched, the shipping carrier is legally responsible for the package's safe and timely delivery.

Please be aware that we only ship orders on business days. If you place an order before 00:00, it will be shipped the next business day.* However, orders made during the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

When the items meet our conditions you can return your order within 14 days. We will then proceed to a refund of the purchased amount.
Make-up, face jewels, tattoos, and worn earrings cannot be returned.

We offer a six-month warranty. If your item is damaged within this period, please contact our customer service at info@frankyamsterdam.com with your order number and a photo. We will look for a suitable solution for you.
