How can I return my order?
Are you not completely satisfied with your ordered items? A pity, but that can happen! When the items meet our conditions you can return them. We will then proceed to a refund of the purchased amount.
Step 1: Email the items to be returned and the reason for return to email@example.com.

What are the return conditions?
You can only return within the specified return period (14 days).
The items to be returned must be unworn.
The items to be returned do not contain any traces of use or make-up stains.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

You have the right to cancel your order and send it back within our 14-day return period. You can review and adjust your purchase within this period. Pay attention! Earrings and lingerie cannot be fitted due to hygiene standards. These can only be returned if the package has not arrived.

Can I exchange my ordered items for another item?
Ordered items can unfortunately not be exchanged for another item. It is only possible to exchange an item for another size of the same item. If you would like to receive another item, we recommend that you return your purchase. If your return meets the conditions, we will proceed to a refund of the purchased amount. You can place a new order in our shop for the item you want to receive.
When and how will my order be reimbursed?
As soon as we have received the return package, your return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Within a few days after processing your return, you will receive the purchased amount back on your account. The reimbursement takes place via the payment method you have chosen when paying for your order. Have you chosen for AfterPay? Then you will receive a modified invoice within 24 hours. If you have already paid the full invoice, you will receive a refund of the overpaid amount.
