How do I return or exchange my order?
Follow these steps in order to process your return:
1. Register
Click on the link below to register your return.
2. Packaging
Place the items you wish to return or exchange carefully in the original packaging and shipping box. Please make sure that all returned products are in the same condition as how you received them. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.
3. Shipping
Bring your package to the DHL or DPD post office. You will find additional information on the return label.
4. Refund
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we have received your return. A return shipping fee will be withheld from your refund.
