At Franky Amsterdam, customer satisfaction is our top priority for every purchase. If a purchase is not entirely satisfactory, customers can make use of the return conditions below. These have been drawn up to comply with international consumer protection.
How to return your order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return products within the valid return period as described below. The return process starts by submitting a return request, after which you will receive clear instructions for sending back the items.
Right of withdrawal and return period
Standard return period: In most regions, customers can withdraw and return products within 14 days of receipt.
Regional deviations:

Canada: The return period varies by province between 15 and 30 days.

Other regions: In some countries (e.g., certain regions in Asia, South America, Africa or the Middle East), specific return periods between 14 and 30 days apply. Please refer to the information provided at the time of purchase.
Starting the return: You must inform Franky Amsterdam within the valid period of your intention to withdraw by submitting a return request (via the online form or by email to info@frankyamsterdam.com). Keep proof of timely submission (e.g., receipt or tracking number); this may be requested.
Exclusions from the right of return
Certain items are excluded from return for hygiene or safety reasons:

Make-up, Face Jewels and Tattoos: not returnable if the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.
Other exclusions may apply to personalised items or products expressly designated as non-returnable. Details are provided at the time of purchase.
Handling products during the cooling-off period

Assessment: You may handle and inspect the product and packaging as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning.

Limit use: Products may not be used beyond what is necessary for assessment. Excessive use, damage or alterations (e.g., trying on earrings) may lead to loss of the right of return.

Condition upon return: Items must be returned in their original condition and include all accessories, labels and packaging.
Return costs and responsibility

Shipping costs for the return shipment: The costs for returning are borne by the customer. In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, we will bear the return costs.

Risk: The risk during the return shipment lies with the customer. We will provide the corresponding return label. It is important to keep the proof of drop-off safely.

Additional costs: For international returns, any customs duties, taxes or other costs are at the customer’s expense.
Refunds

Processing time: After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made within 14 days.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned items as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt.
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense.
The original shipping costs of your order will not be refunded. -
Method: Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Scope of the refund (EU): When exercising the right of withdrawal, we refund all payments received, including the costs of the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from a different delivery method (e.g., express) will not be refunded.

Depreciation: If the product has been excessively used or damaged, a depreciation may be applied and the refund reduced accordingly.

United States: 30-day return period. Return costs are usually borne by the customer, except for defective products.

Canada: 15–30 days depending on the region. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defects.

Australia: Under Australian consumer law, defective or misdescribed goods can be returned. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Other regions (Asia, South America, Africa, Middle East): Specific instructions and return periods are provided at the time of purchase. In many cases, return costs and any customs/extra charges are borne by the customer.
Statutory warranty and voluntary guarantee
Regardless of this return policy, your statutory warranty and conformity rights remain in force (at least 2 years, according to applicable law).
The “180-day warranty” communicated by Franky Amsterdam as a benefit is a voluntary guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights.
